Product Description
The ProLine PCD (Process Challenge Device) includes a paper disk infused with a spore population that resists sterilization. The spore disc is enclosed in a glassine pouch and is positioned at the center of the ProLine casing. The spores on the disc will be inactivated if sufficient sterilant penetration takes place.Model

Indications for Use
ProLine PCD is a Biological Indicator system designed for use in the validation or monitoring of steam sterilization cycles of tubing ranging from 1/8” to 5/8”.Packaging
Proline PCD comes as a preassembled device in a chipboard box. There are fifteen devices per box.Labeling
- The plastic device is labeled with lot number and expiration date.
- Each box has a self-adhesive label on the outside to further identify the product.
