1. RECEPTION AND STORAGE
RAW MEAT RECEPTION VERIFICATION:
With the Traceable Infrared Circle Laser Thermometer, operation is simple—turn on, point at the sample, and take a reading in less than a second. White LED light illuminates the surface. Unit reads both Fahrenheit and Celsius of any surface—solids, semisolids, and liquids. The temperature range is –76 to 1022°F and –60 to 550°C, and a Traceable certificate is available.
FREEZER TEMPERATURE RECORDER: A STAND-ALONE UNIT
The EL-GFX-1 standalone USB data logger measures and stores up to 251,928 temperature readings over a -30 to +80ºC (22 to +176ºF) range and at a resolution of 0.1ºC. The data logger’s robust design provides IP-67 waterproof protection, and the two replaceable AA batteries typically allow logging for up to one year. Users can quickly set up the data logger and view downloaded data by connecting the device to their PC’s USB port using the supplied cable.
WIRELESS TEMPERATURE MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS:
The system is designed to automatically send recorded data to an email or FTP server without the need for a PC. It is also possible to monitor data on a closed network. They collect data from nearby data loggers via wireless radio communication and then automatically send it via LAN to the set FTP server or e-mail. It is also compatible with T&D WebStorage Service, making it easy to collect data and monitor readings without having to set up your own recipient server.
WIRELESS TEMPERATURE DATA LOGGERS:
Measurement Range: -40 to 80°C, EN 12830 Compliant, Gradual Response Time, Optimum Waterproof and Dustproof Capabilities. 2. SEASONING AND BRIING
SALT METERS:
Handheld and Digital Atago’s high-tech Japanese conductivity measuring salt meters measure Salt concentration: 0.00 to 10.0% (g/100g). Temperature: 5.0 to 100°C. The offset feature allows you to program a dilution factor to automatically display the salt concentration of the original sample and program a conversion factor to align the readings with titration methods.
DIGITAL REFRACTOMETER:
Atago’s convenient and easy-to-use pocket refractometer is easily calibrated with distilled water, automatically compensates for temperature, and only requires a few drops of solution (0.3 ml). NFC capabilities can be used to track data. Measures from 0.0 to 53 Brix, at temperatures of 10.0 to 100°C.

WIRELESS MEAT COOKING AND COOLING DATA LOGGER:
RFOT is the most advanced wireless temperature data logger in the meat industry today. It is completely splash-proof and can withstand wash-down cycles. 3. LAB TESTING
SAMPLE PREPARATION:
