Wireless thermocouple dual channel high-temperature data recorder for temperature and humidity monitoring with recorded data

This instrument fits facility teams, storage operators, laboratories, and compliance users that need a practical way to capture data during building a reliable record of environmental conditions for quality, traceability, and troubleshooting.

The TR-75nw has been referenced in multiple industrial studies for its reliability in extreme temperature monitoring, including laboratory testing of plant furnaces and cryogenic storage. Industry reviews highlight its robust wireless connectivity and precise multi-channel logging, making it a trusted choice among manufacturing facilities and research labs. Customers frequently report using the TR-75nw for monitoring deep freezers, ovens, environmental chambers, and other high/low temperature applications, praising its ease of integration with cloud services and mobile monitoring.

Ideal for ultra-high and ultra-low temperature environments like industrial furnaces and deep freezers.

Easy Operation and Data Access
The device's functional buttons allow quick adjustment of settings and starting or stopping recordings. Using the Ethernet connection, data is automatically uploaded to the cloud for instant access and alert notifications. USB connection to a computer enables data upload, report generation, and configuration adjustments. Note: Thermocouple sensors are not included; please ensure you have compatible sensors. Benefit The TR-75nw connects via wired LAN to automatically send recorded data and alerts to the free cloud-based “T&D WebStorage Service” or a Windows PC with "T&D Data Server" software. Mobile monitoring is possible with the “T&D Thermo” app. For USB data transfer and configuration, use “TR7 for Windows.” The “T&D Graph” software simplifies viewing and analyzing data on a PC.

Thermocouple Compatibility

*1: We do not sell Thermocouple sensors. Compatible wire sizes: Single Wire: Ø0.32–0.65 mm (AWG 28–22), Twisted Wire: 0.08–0.32 mm² (AWG 28–22), Diameter Ø0.12 mm or more, Stripping Length: 9–10 mm.

Temperature Considerations

*2: Frequent Auto Upload can cause the internal sensor measurement to rise by ~0.3°C. When using external power, the logger itself generates heat; the internal sensor may read higher than ambient. Use an external temperature sensor for accurate readings.

Humidity Measurement Limitations

*3: Continuous use above 60°C can reduce humidity measurement accuracy over time. Humidity cannot be measured below -20°C.

Network and Power Notes

*4: HTTP client; proxy supported.

*5: Using STP (shielded) cables with PoE may cause failures; UTP cables are recommended.

Battery and Environmental Specs

*6: Battery life estimates use two AA Alkaline batteries and depend on communication frequency, network conditions, temperature, recording interval, and battery quality. Estimates assume new batteries and are not guaranteed. *7: External power operating range: -10 to 45°C. Specifications subject to change without notice.

To enhance your temperature monitoring capabilities in extreme environments, consider the Wireless Thermocouple 2‑Channel Extreme Temp Logger — designed for dual-channel temperature logging in furnaces, kilns, freezers, and cryogenic applications. For high-accuracy industrial validation, the Monarch 5396‑1121 Dual Extreme Temp Logger provides rugged dual-channel measurement with NIST-certified probes. For versatile deployment in transport, storage, and industrial facilities, the Compact Rugged Temperature Data Loggers series delivers durable Bluetooth‑enabled recording suitable for a wide range of conditions. These complementary instruments streamline integrated temperature and environmental data management across demanding B2B operations.

Application Q&A

When is data logging especially valuable?

Logging is valuable when trends matter more than a single spot reading, such as curing history, storage conditions, verification records, or alarm-driven incident response.

Who is this best suited for?

Facility teams, storage operators, laboratories, and compliance users will get the most value when they need repeatable measurements plus a record they can review, export, or act on later.

Because it combines Channels: Temperature 2ch, Thermocouple: Type K, J, T, E, S, R sensor not provided), Range: -199~1760°C, Comm Interfaces: Wired LAN, USB, this product is a strong fit for temperature and humidity monitoring with recorded data where documentation and repeatability are important.
