Bareiss Automatic IRHD Compact III Tester for Application-Based Model Selection

These models are designed for intended for comparing closely related models before choosing a final configuration. It is especially useful for routine testing, inspection, and quality-control workflows, where the right choice often depends on differences in configuration, range, portability, and application fit.

Range of application IRHD M Hardness determination on hoses and tubes, O-rings, molded parts, reference plates, and sealing. Minimum material thickness of 0,6 mm

By means of interchangeable measuring devices for methods IRHD M and IRHD N, soft elastomers with a thickness of up to 0.6mm are easily tested with highly reliable results. The contact pressure and measuring time of this hardness tester are according to international standards. Hardness Tester IRHD Compact III has the capacity to store up to 300 test results and comes with interchangeable probes according to the requirements of the operator. The optional “BareissOne” windows-based software offers data logging, management of articles, display of graphics and hardness curves, statistical evaluation, and further analysis of the measured values.

Characteristics

  1. The unit consists of an electronic display along with a resolution of up to 0.1 IRHD
  2. Data transmission can be done with an RS-232 interface.
  3. Interchangeable probes from Micro to normal depending on the sample used to test
  4. IRHD Compact III hardness tester is a semi-automatic hardness measuring instrument that is very cost-effective
  5. O rings, seals, and tube-shaped samples can easily be tested with the help of special fixtures that attach to the instrument.

The advantages of IRHD Compact III: If needed, the IRHD M or IRHD N indenters can easily be exchanged by the customer. For calibration, certification, and evaluation of the instrument, only the measuring head needs to be returned to our Laboratory. Please use the original transport case when sending the device to Bareiss, while the test stand remains with the customer.
