The included CR2032 Li-ion battery offers up to 1000 hours of continuous use. A blinking battery icon alerts you when replacement is needed, ensuring uninterrupted testing.

Open Junction

conical tip

The open junction minimizes clogging from suspended solids and proteins in cheese, delivering more stable pH measurements and reducing maintenance needs.

Conical Glass Tip

conical tip

The conical tip penetrates solids, semi-solids, and emulsions for direct pH measurement. Low-temperature (LT) glass ensures faster stabilization at lower temperatures, making it suitable for a wide range of dairy products.

Durable PVDF Body

Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) is a food-grade plastic resistant to most chemicals and disinfectants, including chlorine. Its mechanical strength and chemical durability ensure long-term, safe use in dairy environments.

Cleaning Solution for Cheese Deposits

The included cleaning solution removes cheese residues, fats, and proteins quickly and effectively, keeping the probe in optimal condition for repeated measurements.

pH 4 & 7 Buffer Sachets

Single-use, individually sealed buffer sachets are included for calibration. Using fresh buffers for each calibration ensures consistent, reliable readings.

Storage Solution

Proper storage preserves the electrode’s pH glass hydration and minimizes organic growth, maintaining accuracy and prolonging electrode life.
