At the core of the innovative testo 330i LX flue gas analyzer is the measuring technology of the preceding testo 330 LL models, which have been proven in practice a thousand times over.
The outstanding technical features of this flue gas analyzer, such as its have been combined with a revolutionary new method of operation.
The first remote-controlled flue gas analyzer
Operation of the testo 330i LX flue gas analyzer and the display of its readings are implemented wirelessly via the testo 330i LX app on your smartphone or tablet. Therefore, when making adjustments to a system, you always have the readings at hand. In the app, you can enter customer data, make adjustments to measuring instrument settings, and add comments or photos to measurement protocols on-site, and send them to your customer or your office via email. If you need the results of your work on paper, no problem. Requirements: iOS 7.1 / Android 4.3 or newer. Mobile end device with Bluetooth 4.0.
The Tramex Building Inspection Kit is a comprehensive non‑destructive evaluation system used by building inspectors, restoration specialists, and professional contractors to assess moisture, wood decay, and building envelope conditions. Tramex explains that combining moisture metering with thermography and pin probes helps early detection of hidden water intrusion and deterioration before costly damage occurs, supporting quality control in construction and remodeling projects.
Inspectors praise this kit for its versatility in testing materials such as concrete, wood and drywall, and its ability to integrate surface moisture data with thermal imaging for deeper insight into moisture pathways. Compared with standalone meters, the combined tools in this kit provide more complete diagnostic capability on site, helping professionals document conditions and make informed remediation decisions during residential and commercial inspections.
Further advantages of the testo 330i LX flue gas analyzer
- User-replaceable long life sensors with a service life of up to 6 years. This saves at least one sensor replacement over the instrument's typical useful life.
- H2-compensated CO measuring cell. The testo 330i LX is also approved for official acceptance testing of heating systems.
- TÜV-tested according to the 1st German Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV) and EN 50379, Parts 1 - 3.
- Integrated draught and gas zeroing, without removing the probe. The probe can remain in the flue during zeroing.
- Fresh air dilution upon exceeding a CO threshold value up to 30,000 ppm.
Flue gas analyzer kit with practical accessories
The testo 330i LX advanced flue gas analyzer kit includes the following probes:
- Modular flue gas sampling probe (probe length 7.1 in.), with 25.6 in. long extra-flexible hose
- Combustion air temperature probe, 7.5 in. long
The patent pending testoFix probe holder is included in the kit, enabling you to quickly, easily, and securely attach probes to a flue gas duct. This global innovation also serves as a fallproof suspension system for the testo 330i LX flue gas analyzer. A mains unit for the measuring instrument, the testo 330i LX Bluetooth, and a robust case for the measuring instrument and accessories complete this kit.

The Tramex Roofing Inspection Kit for advanced non‑destructive moisture and leak detection across roofing systems, the Tramex Concrete Determinator Inspector Kit for in‑depth quantitative concrete moisture analysis, and the Tramex Water Damage Restoration Master Kit which integrates broad‑spectrum moisture and humidity assessment tools tailored for post‑water‑damage restoration workflows.
Applications:
Differential pressure measurement
You can use the testo 330i flue gas analyzer to check the gas supply on gas boilers. You can, therefore, measure gas flow pressure and gas resting pressure in order to ensure that the system can be commissioned. You can also use the data specified by the manufacturer for the nozzle pressure to tailor the appliance output to the heat requirement.
Flue gas analysis and flue gas measurement
The testo 330i is equipped with two long-life sensors for measuring O2 and CO and can optionally be upgraded with an NO sensor. Flue gas and draught are measured in parallel, so all relevant flue gas parameters are displayed simultaneously on the smartphone.
O2 supply air measurement
In balanced flue systems, you can use the testo 330i flue gas analyzer to check whether there is a leak in the flue gas system. Measure the O2 content of the combustion air in the dual wall clearance to ensure that no flue gas is getting into the combustion air supply, thus preventing damage due to condensate or impairment of the combustion process.
